About Me:
Georgia has a degree in healthcare management from the University of Findlay. She brings extensive experience from years working as a Care Coordinator and Claims Specialist at a patient navigation company that managed health insurance for large employer-sponsored plans. This background has given her a unique insight into the variety of health plans across different carriers and a comprehensive knowledge of how claim systems operate. Additionally, she has worked hands-on as a medical scribe in the ER and as a nursing assistant in a cardiac care unit during Covid. This has given her a well-rounded perspective on both the administrative and patient care aspects of healthcare.
